Hospital Visits – Anytime one of your employees or their family has surgery or has to go to the hospital, one of our chaplains will make a visit or more as needed.
Incarcerated – We might not like to think about this, but most of the people in our county jail were someone’s employee a short time ago. We will make a visit to the jail, help them get out on bond, help them find a good lawyer, go to court with them, help them get work release, and provide counseling for domestic problems or an addictions program to help them get back to work. If an employee has a child or other family member that ends up incarcerated, then we will do the same care for them.
Addictions Program – (Your ChaplainsTM are affiliated with Reformers Unanimous, the fastest growing, faith-based addictions program, now located in over 500 cities). www.ReformU.net. This ministry is no cost to the employee or the company. This program is available to any employee, family member or friend, and has weekly meetings every Friday night at 7:00 p.m. and on every Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m..
Funeral Services – In the case of the loss of an employee or a family member, we will be there if notified to funeral services and then follow-up care. They will have extra support in their biggest time of need.

Workplace Bible Studies – before work, after work, or during a break, Bible studies could be provided on any subject the employer or employees would like
Workplace Weddings – we would provide pre-marital counseling, weddings either on-site, church, chapel or almost any place, and follow-up counseling after the wedding
Bi-monthly Life Lessons on marriage, children, finances, people skills, honesty, etc. – these would be specific to helping the employees overall life in their most important areas. These would be counted as continuing education and could be used for in-service training hours.
Monthly Motivational Devotions – This is where the chaplain could start off the month or before a certain sales or production campaign with a special motivational lesson that would deal with team-work, ethics, diligence, or many other Biblical-based themes that could challenge and increase the company’s production or sales.
Weekly E-mailed Bible Studies – the employees could sign up to receive a weekly Bible study that would be e-mailed to them. They would cover topics and issues that would help them to be a better employee, parent, and citizen.
Prayer support – the employees will all receive a card where they will provide prayer requests. The chaplain will pray regularly for the needs of every employee.
